I 20F think my boyfriend 21 M doesn’t has been lying this whole time

This is my first time asking for advice here so i’m sorry if im bad at explaining things but i hope u guys understand that im also not doing week mentally after this

this started when i found out that my boyfriend kept contact with his ex, i told him that i didn’t feel comfortable with that and he literally didn’t do anything about it but i didint know at the time and i was under the impression that he stopped, im aware that what i did next was wrong but i had a gut feeling so i checked his phone, turns out not only did he not stop talking to her they chatted A LOT also i found out that he calls me the same nickname as her and she complained to him abt it, but here’s the worst part i also checked his chat with his best friend turns out he had doubts about dating me and about liking me enough, he compared me with a girl he saw on the bus, saying that he never felt nervous like that yk meaning girl he saw on the bus made him feel nervous but i didn’t, then i felt like i needed to talk to him abt it and he apologized and said that he no longer felt like that today i borrowed his laptop and i used chatgpt to check something TURNS OUT he told chat around the same time that he told his bf that he hoped that i cheated so that he could breakup with me without feeling guilty he said that he loved me but felt that it was a routine thing for him and that he knew that he wasn’t mentally there bc he knew how that felt bc of his past relationship.

Im sorry if this is a lot but i needed somewhere to vent and ask for help what would u guys do in this situation?
