Mental Health Services in Peru? --- ¿Servicios de Salud Mental en el Perú?

I made a good friend on Discord who lives in Peru, but he's made it clear he's having a bad time mentally. Is there anything I can do to help, or places to point him towards? I wish I could go over there and give him a hug and some food, but I can't exactly fly over there on a whim, as much as I'd want to.
