JL D110 vs SVS, RSL...

Hi, long time lurker first time poster. I have a budget home theater/music setup for my sons and I. All pieced together from thrift stores. Anthem MRX 300, KG 3.5 fronts, Boston VR12 center. Don't have rears that we are in love with yet. Just running some cheap jamos from a 5.1 box kit. And the jamo sub3 from same kit. Sub is dieing and we want to upgrade. I've read a lot of people discount JL home audio subs due to price. If I can get a used but good condition D110 for similar price as I can RSL speedwoofer 10s MKii or svs pb1000, is it a good or better option than these 2? Use case is everything from video gaming first person shooter, to family movie nights, to a large variety of music from old country to metal, to rap, and everything in between. Often at pretty loud volumes. One son is definitely a bass junky.

Any input appreciated, I've not heard the d110 in person.
