Has anyone gotten answers/diagnosis from capsule endoscopy when everything else came back clear/normal?

Hi everybody, thank you in advance for reading and for your help. I’ve had debilitating nausea and yellow diarrhea 5-10 times a day for the last year now and none of my tests have shown anything.

Endoscopy, blood tests, abdominal ultrasound, etc were all clear. Fecal calprotectin was 167 a few months ago but then went back down to <26 a month later. My colonoscopy showed two small spots of inflammation in the terminal ileum, but all biopsies came back clear.

I am now scheduled in for a capsule endoscopy in a couple weeks. I guess I’m just asking here because I’m feeling very anxious about still not having a diagnosis of anything, despite so much testing. I’m bedridden and have been for months, with crippling nausea and many yellow diarrhea episodes every single day. Has anyone gotten their answers this way?
