Anyone is ghosted by candycloud?

I got the Cloudflare error a month ago and contacted candycloud on G2G for new server links but he never replied. I use UHF and was able to fix it by changing the video player to AVKit.

Then last week, I have been trying to watch the Olympics on NBC but none of them worked. Found out from here I needed to reload the playlist to get the updated NBC streams, except I can't reload the playlist because it crapped out at fetching series. https://imgur.com/a/30AUIjT

What should I do? This is the server URL I am using: http://cf.its-cdn.me
