Nerfed my good mood

I feel like I'm finally peaking my head out of depression or headed to a possible hypomanic episode.. and I'm sickkk so I cant even enjoy it AGGGHHHH. Im taking meds and just getting worse everyday, possibly the flu and so mad I cant finally use my good mood to clean. Feel sorry for me plz
