Account briefly restricted due to supposed cancellations, restored after one day and then half a day later restricted for two weeks??!!

I’ve been selling on Poshmark for about five years with over $10,000 in sales, hundreds of 100s of successful successfully shipped items. On the very rare occasion, I’ve had to cancel a transaction.

Such occasion happened two days ago when I had to cancel a pair of shoes, and after I did, my account was put on restriction and I was told I had had too many cancellations which was shocking to me.

They asked me to review the terms and conditions which I did, and then my account was restored but less than half a day later it was restricted again and now I’m on a two week restriction.

This is how I make 75% of my income so needless to say I’m freaking out. I have hundreds of items listed that have now seemingly disappeared from my closet. I can’t even access them to duplicate them and put them on Mercari in a hurry to make up for the situation.

This doesn’t make any sense, I mean, I can’t do the percentages, but surely I’ve had less than 1% cancellations in the time I’ve been selling!!
