Skin Rashes with SIFO

I am trying to figure out my gut problems and I am wondering if anyone else is having the same issues. I’m on Xifiaxan and it doesn’t really seem to help. I was wondering if I have SIFO. I was diagnosed with Seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp a long time ago and wondering if anyone else with SIFO has Seborrheic dermatitis (SD). It gets itchy when I start to get sweaty and I have abdominal pain and diarrhea.

Let me know what you have done to treat both! I am about to start a flying job in the Air Force and I need to cure it ASAP. I am working with a GI and am thinking about bringing up if I have SIFO at my next appointment.
