DOT physical

I got an email that I have to have my physical done by March 11. I have an appointment at the clinic they sent me on March 2, but my DSL is freaking out that that won’t be enough time to get everything sent in by the deadline and I won’t be able to drive and will receive corrective action.

Last year I just had to send a picture of my medical card to the DOT coordinator and it was good. I’m told they’ve changed the process and it takes forever now. Anyone gone through this recently? I’ve questioned why they would tell me I have until March 11, if I really don’t but everybody just shrugs their shoulders as they do.
