How strict is Apple about "explicit content"?

I'm putting up my introductory episode to RSS.com. The podcast is about SF Bay and contains the line, "You ain't shit without a boat." I'm getting conflicting advice about whether I should mark this episode as "explicit." I hate the idea of having a big red "E" on the first episode!

I'm loathe to remove the comment because it leads into an important discussion. It's also pretty funny with a lot of genuine laughter in the background, so it lightens the mood of what could become a boring passage.

I've been told I'll be fine without the warning since it's a single, non-aggressive, non-sexual mild profanity. I've also been told I MUST add the warning.
