Need advice on best online place to get weight loss meds

So Im really overwhelmed with ALL the places you can choose from now to get weight loss meds from. I need to find the best place for me and I have about a week to do this. So I could really use all the help I can get!

BACKSTORY: I am currently on com semi and I travel about 45 minutes one way to get it from a drs office. However, every month the price goes up more and more and I know I can get it cheaper and from places that charge the same amount no matter what the dosage is.

So currently thats the mission now. Ive been researching places and Ive made a list but Im hesitant because with all the good reviews Ive read, Ive also seen just as many bad reviews and read stories of people being double and triple charged for 1 month or not receiving their meds for 2 weeks to a month and sometimes not at all with no resolution or refund. So quite frankly Im scared. Ive never ordered from online before and I dont have money to just throw away. I wanted to switch to Tirzepatide but Im not paying a shit ton for it. At least not till I find an online place I really like and can trust.
