7 months postpartum. Is it too late to up my supply?

I am 7 months, almost 8 months postpartum. If I pump, I get 4 ounces from left boob but only less than 1 ounce from the right. Left boob has always done more but they used to at least be somewhat more balanced, like a 60% vs 40% ratio. Can I up the supply of my right boob or am I too far along postpartum?
