Is anyone actually using Asana in PE?

We’re a small PE fund currently using Asana to manage deal flow and internal projects.

My boss recently called it “stupid” and ask me if I know any better tools that integrated with AI. I’m trying to understand what we’re missing.

Curious what other funds are using for Project Management:

•	Deal pipeline tracking

•	DD coordination

•	Portfolio KPI monitoring
