Who should I spark on the CYL2(x2) banner?

I pulled all three in 32 pulls so I kept going until the spark to get one extra of one of them.

I'm already planning on foddering Hector to his Attuned self as I prefer him as a unit so I could get a spare to keep him. However, I'm not THAT wedded to having Harmonic Hector in barracks,.especially now my Sacred Stones roster is pretty strong.

So who has the best fodder?
