Diagnosis disappointment

I've spent the last two weeks going to different appointments with my cardio to test for dysautonomia. Went in today to get results and I'm feeling disappointed.

My ANS came back normal and my tilt table test also came back normal. Which, on one hand I'm glad I don't have dysautonomia, but on the other these symptoms are so real and I want to know what it is so I can work on improving my symptoms. I asked him if he can guide me in continuing to figure this out and he suggested to see a neurologist, which I already have a referral from my primary care, so I just need to schedule.

That's it. Just disappointed that I still don't have answers.
