Form 102 issue in articleship

Hey guys I’m dealing with an issue in filling form 102 is that i filled the form wrong by clicking on OTHER ENGAGEMENT DETAILS that I’m doing my other course activities too, and now want to edit the form there is coming the option too but the next button is not moving. Can anybody help!!
