Worse morning diarrheas after colonoscopy

Had a colonoscopy 10 days ago, and there was no obvious reason for continued loose poops in the morning even after gf for almost a year. Waiting for results of biopsies looking for microscopic colitis, etc. but now the mornings are much worse. I read somewhere that the prep can destroy good gut bacteria temporarily so maybe that’s why? Anyone else experience this after colonoscopy?
