obvious scam site but still weirdest I’ve seen and curious if this is some weird zero day or something (iOS)

I opened a site and it did the classic fake “call us your phone has a virus” but somehow it auto prompted asking me to call (the thing that pops up when you tap phone numbers) and also prompted camera which I declined then location which I literally couldn’t click don’t allow because the screen was crashing and I couldn’t close the site because of the location notification being an iOS pop up not a site one. Is this for concern? Eventually my tabs just auto cleared somehow because I physically couldn’t close it. I have a good phone too.
