Best cities in OR for $550k home?

We’d love to move to a more blue city, and most importantly a state that supports public schools. Currently in AZ, it’s 93 degrees already next week- I want out. Our top cities we’re looking at are Albuquerque, NM, Sacramento, CA, and Olympia, WA.

Must be 40 min or under from the airport
