Teacher next door barged in

I was my conference period and the teacher next door barged in and asked if I was on the teacher I was subbing for laptop. I told her it was mine and she left but I want to know how she knew I was my laptop if there is no windows other than the door and the teachers desk cannot be seen from it. Was she watching me on CCV from her room?
