Surprise Planner Only For Couples

A “Relationship Surprise Planner” in Bangalore.

Target: 23–35 year olds (dating / newly married / working professionals)

Problem I’m trying to solve:

A lot of people want to plan birthdays, proposals, anniversaries etc., but don’t have time, creativity, or vendor contacts. Especially in a city like Bangalore where people are busy and away from family.

What I’d do:

Plan and execute apartment birthday surprises

Terrace candlelight dinners

Proposal setups

Custom memory-based surprises

Coordinate decor, cake, photographer, gifts etc.

Positioning:

Not just decoration. More like a “personal surprise planner.”

Starting offline + Instagram. No big tech. Just service model. Take margin from vendors + planning fee.

Is this too saturated?

Would you ever pay for this?

What would make this actually compelling?
