Anyone ever heard of PMO?

Came across this in a video, there’s a government office called PMO (privatization and management office) that sells inventory of old government properties. Tried to do a little digging and inquiring but just met with dead ends.

Has anyone else heard of this? Or have any experience dealing with them?
