It’s been 3 weeks…?

Noticed hemorrhoids a few weeks ago. Grade II I think, they are visibly external after a BM when I crouch down to a mirror, but if I squeeze, they go in and invisible when I’m standing looking in a mirror.

Absolutely no pain but sometimes blood after BM. Have been using 3/4 suppositories a day and a whole tub of Germoloids a week, they’re not shifting. Is it normal for these to last this long? Will they realistically ever go away?

Any other remedies or ideas? Sitz bath and Epsom salts just arrived today so I’ll be doing that a few times a day too.
