show incoming heals bugged?

hello, today i’m having a weird bug, when i’m healing someone the frame shows the “prediction” heal as the heal would restore 100% of their hp even when i’m casting a small heal. i haven’t downloaded any new addon, do you think it’s due to any of my addon i already had?
