Teenage Crate Separation Anxiety

So I have a 11 month old dog. She has been crate trained her whole life. Well long story short she was not crated for about a month and not left alone and I am trying to get her back into it. She is nonstop crying. She won’t eat her food in it. Zero interest in crate games or anything to do with it. I don’t know what else to do! She pees in it so she’s let out while I clean it so I resorted to cleaning it while she’s in there so she can’t go play around. I want to make it comfy cozy but she would probably eat it or pee on it. What do I do😭 I don’t want to just leave her in it but I really have to be able to go to work etc
