Omnitrix themed linux (kubuntu)

Im a newbie in Linux and wanted to have a ben 10/ omnitrix themed desktop you know? Like no apps in the bottom only the windows app launcher that has the omnitirx logo and when you click it you get the omnitrix circle app launcher like from ben 10 omniverse I asked chatgpt(ik he usually says bullshit) he said kubuntu is a good option and to install a "radial app launcher" and the color themes and stuff and this linux works for my nividia gpu and yeah that's it I really want my pc to look like the omnitrix that's so cool
