Can I move my modded non dedicated server to a dedicated one?

Hello! My brother and I have been playing primal nemisis on a non dedicated server. Has anyone decided to move the non dedicated files to a dedicated one? Where I can keep all my progress and mods and rates? Thank you in advance!
