Good RPG games that aren’t perma death?

I wanted to play a game like pilgrammed or rune slayer that doesn’t have a perma death or obligatory wipe mechanic, I just want to level up, make builds, farm for equipment and things like that.

Any recommendations? The only game I saw that fit those expectations was Excry, but it has sort of a wipe mechanic although it’s optional.
