Phone calls to Jack
The big scream on 1112 KR audio is right at 2:27:14am according to the cameras clock. We don't know if that clock is accurate. But the calls to Jack happen around the time that the scream happens, which many speculate is when Kaylee and Maddie get attacked.
There are six calls from the Kaylees phone from 2:26 to 2:44am. Then three calls from Maddies phone from 2:44 to 2:52am. Then finally one more from Kaylees.
If this scream at 2:27am is Kaylee/Maddie being killed, then it seems to me like it is one person using their phones, first using Kaylees phone, then Maddies, and one last time from Kaylees. This means that the killer couldn't have been killing Ethan and Xana between these times, so they must have been killed after 2:52am at the earliest.
