Should I go to NCSU if I'm OOS

I would love to go to NC State, and my parents could pay the OOS tuition, but I doubt they want to. I was accepted for computer science, and if I don't go there I will end up at the University of Kentucky (my in state uni). Thoughts on if the cost is worth it?
