The reserve at estuary

I’ve been looking at apartments in the area and a leasing agent from the reserve at estuary has been really aggressive sharing units and trying to convince me to apply. When I passed on another unit, he shared a new one. This one was then out of my budget and when I told him my budget he said oh we actually have one left in that range. Why are they being pushy? Building looks beautiful but concerned about how much they’re trying to get me in there lol.
