Help converting hotel acquisition model for short term rental

Does anyone have resources for a good short term rental excel model? I’m currently trying to modify my old company’s hotel value-add acquisition model which feels like a good starting point but also has a lot of extra stuff that’s not relevant (F&B, Salaries, brand pip, franchise fees, etc)

I’m wondering how I would change it to fit the requirements for short term rental. Is there anything that should be added unique to STR (outside of repairs, mgmt fee, insurance, taxes) I’m planning on buying a short term rental to offset active income with accelerated depreciation. How is this modeled?
