Telling religious parents I want to move in with my fiancé

Long story short Im a 23 yo college student who works part time, living at home with my parents, brother and his wife. sharing a bathroom... my fiance owns a nice house in the same neighborhood minutes away, i feel stuck and ready to move on to the next chapter of life. our wedding is late this year. I have extremely religious parents who disapprove of me living with someone before marriage. They are graciously paying for the majority of the wedding( i’m an only daughter) and his parents are also paying a good chunk (they are not religious and think we should be able to make our own adult decisions) . Tonight i plan to talk with my parents about moving in with my fiancé to the spare bedroom so work/school/wedding planning stress is better and our schedules align perfect. anyone have any experience with this or advice?
