I got enough of chilling around, I need a team!

Hi, I’m not sure if anyone has been through this, but in the last reorganization my team needed to cut the budget, so they decided to kick out a few IC1 to other teams, instead of a total layoff. and I am one of them but I wasn’t assigned to any team.

I’ve been like this for almost 4 months, just chilling around waiting to find any available place or role in any team. I’ve tried to apply for internal offers but they all IC2+, I also tried to contact few managers but they said they don’t hire IC1 instead they convert interns for that.

Anyone have experienced anything like this or have any advice?
