Constipation (so TMI)

I’m 12w +3 rn and have been dealing with typical constipation since about 6wks due to me being on daily zofran for awhile. I’ve been able to wean off the zofran mostly now thank goodness but still having very limited BMs, I’m talking a rabbit pellet or two once or twice a day. In the last week or so my appetite has increased and it’s led to me feeling very bloated and backed up since the output is not increasing accordingly. My OB recommended stool softeners but I’m not noticing a difference with those. I’m picking up some miralax today and hoping to god that will help? I may cave and get a fleet glycerin suppository to try and clear things out if it doesn’t. I feel like it’s getting to the point where I look like I’m showing more than I am because of everything. I just want to poop! It’s so uncomfortable!
