Military Onboard Credit

So I didn’t realize that the cruise I have booked already is available on the military offer where you can get the $250 onboard credit. Should I cancel and rebook or will the help center be able to do anything? I just tried calling the help line and it’s currently at a 4 hr wait time LOL so I’m just trying to see if maybe someone here might have an answer 😊
