AIO: For canceling my tattoo appointment

I had a tattoo appointment with an artist I've gotten work from before. They messaged me today 3 hours before out appointment to cancel because they work up feeling "ick".

I am really bummed because I took the day off work for this appointment and it really left a bad taste in my mouth how they cancelled.

Am I overreacting by wanting to cancel the appointment permanently and go to a different artist?
