How far along is too far to fly on an airplane for a baby shower?

My maternal family lives across the country from me and my Mom wants to throw me a baby shower which I’m super excited about.

My due date is June 16th and she said she wanted to have it at the end of May but I told her that is too late, especially since I went into labor prematurely with my first baby at 34 weeks.

When do you think the best time to fly would be for me? Any advice or tips you have for flying while pregnant I’m all ears.
