Glow Recipe Appreciation! Review
I see a lot of negative reviews on Glow Recipe here so just wanted to share my positive experience. Very aware their could be other products that may do the same thing but anyway!!
I have combo skin; a few nasty whiteheads, blackheads in the t-zone and dehydrated everywhere else.
A few months back I went looking for a new routine and settle on;
AM
Laroche-Posay Effaclar Foaming Cleanser
Glow Recipe Watermelon Toner
GR Prickly Pear Serum
GR Watermelon Moisturiser
PM
Inkey List Oat Cleansing Balm
LP Effaclar Foaming Cleanser (double cleanse)
GR Watermelon Toner
GR Blackberry Serum
GR Watermelon Moisturiser
The rest of this routine I have been using a while but the Glow Recipe parts I only started last year.
I wanted to try the new Glow Recipe Serums for these reasons; keep rebuilding skin barrier (prickly pear serum) and fine lines and blemish's (over 30) (Blackberry).
3 months in and I genuinely believe they are doing as expected!!
My skin is not angry like it has been in the past with actives, skin is fuller and dewy but not oily, spots have reduced and the healing time has reduced significantly (a day and the raised white head is flat, no popping, 2 days and the red mark is gone)
I know Glow Recipe isn't affordable anymore, thought I took the jump because Paula's Choice prices are insane!
I'm glad I did because my skin seems to love it!
