Free Kit of 64MB DDR5 but Ignorant on Compatibility

As the title says, I scored a free kit of Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6400Mhz (CMH64GX5M2B6400C32 v5.43.01) and was considering building a new rig around it, but I'm utterly ignorant of modern RAM protocols. I understand that these are XMP sticks, and thus intended for Intel, but am wondering if this will work with good performance and stability on a 9800X3D and I was thinking an ASRock Taiche X870E.

I've read that with AMD I would ideally want EXPO certified RAM, but other literature saying that I would want to disable XMP/EXPO anyway and manually tune the RAM in.

Would running this at say 6000C32 work here for this? I'd appreciate any insight or links to articles/videos with good guidelines here.
