How was a pro se litigant able to defeat a state agency where no legal precedent existed?
I have been obsessed with the North Carolina endometriosis story ever since it dropped, but I just can’t wrap my head around how it happened.
If anyone has actually read the filings of this case (unfortunately, I have limited access) or understands the doctrinal angle here, I would love insight.
What am I missing?
