Consumables order

Can ordinary colleagues like me look up consumables on one asda and if so what do I type in the search bar to find it?

The reason I ask is I want to know how much stuff for counters cost as my colleagues are a bit careless with how they use consumables and we are way overspent. If I can write a little list of how much stuff is costing us I'm sure they will be more careful.

I can ask my consumables ordering person, but she's often busy so I don't want to bug her

Example: out rotisserie probe was on its way out already and now someone has almost snapped the wire and when my consumables ordering colleague looked it up she said we couldn't afford one this month as it's over £60 and can we make do till next month which we can as it's still working, but I thought that's ridiculous, I can get one on eBay for a fiver, but of course it has to be ordered through asda so it's all legal and above board etc when we are audited
