Repaneling from Gear re-Store price

Unfortunately I took a dive and ripped 3 baffles on my right sleeve of my new Cerium Hoody. https://imgur.com/a/nOAmEbN Went through Arcteryx and they told me to ship it across the country to Gear re-Store. Gear re-Store then quoted me $230 to fix the sleeve. That sounds insane, but truthfully I don't know much about seamstressing. I do know that a couple other gear repair shops quoted me $60 but I went through Arcteryx because I wanted a perfect color match. I wasnt expecting their quote to be more than half the price of a brand new jacket.

This post is venting, but also curious if y'all have had good experiences with repairs through Arcteryx. I hear Patagonia does repairs for free but I've never ripped my down Gonia so I wouldnt know how this would play out with them. Feels disappointing. Any tips or tricks from the community? Cheers
