Is biomes o' plenty not downloading on modrinth for anyone else?

I'm trying to download biomes o' plenty on modrinth but its either not downloading at all or just taking forever. I've been waiting for a good few minutes now and it says its still installing. Is this the case for anyone else or just me and how do I fix it? Also before anyone asks, yes im pretty sure I have all the supporting mods installed
