Looking for advice on OLED monitors for mixed Gaming/Productivity Usage

Hello People
I was looking into some advice regarding OLED monitors and mixed usage between Gaming and Productivity (60-40 split)

I'm still documenting myself about which model, and I would love to know any hands-on experience from someone that has a similar usage pattern to me, especially regarding:

1. Burn-In after 18-24 months
2. Usage with IDE/Coding
