Would someone upload a file for me (I have it)

Hi! As the title says, someone could upload a file I have but cant upload myself? I can send it by e-mail. I am suffering from this problem for days. Already mention it in a post before (https://www.reddit.com/r/libgen/comments/1r10kjz/upload\_is\_down/). Also I couldnt get how to try uploading the file by FTP, maybe you guys could break it down for us?
