First Night On Tamsulosin

Holy shit how do y’all do this?

I’ve been awake for 3.5 hours and I feel like I drank a bottle and a half of red wine last night with no good stories to tell for it.

Can’t breathe, head pounding, testicles punched, lethargic, grumpy. Didn’t even sleep much better than a bad night (4-5X) of getting up to pee.

Does this get better? We are hosting friends from out of town tomorrow and there’s no way I can function like this.

Gotta be something better.
