I need help, I’m about to lose my mind

I have a wobbly cat named buzz. Buzz has had a history with urine issues. He has had some pee crystals in his urine and I have taken him to the vet many many times. When he has had these crystals he pees in floor and he has always pooped in the floor. He is currently on a monthly adequan shot and also prozac. He has recently started peeing in the floor again, I took him to vet and he did not have any pee crystals. They did an ultra sound and the said he had some “sludge” in his bladder. They gave him some shots and for the first week he peed in his litter box and now he he’s doing it 50% of the time. He has two litter boxes and I keep them pretty clean. So I don’t know if anyone has any solutions or suggestions. I’m very tired of coming home from work and cleaning up cat pee. And if anyone also a solution to him popping in the floor as well.
