Which skill do spear mains use to deal Ki damage?

I know what skills that spear has for Ki damage. But what to know which one is better or easier to use.

I'm using the Spear Bash a lot because it seems quicker than Pole Kick.

Pole Kick looks cool and seems to do more Ki damage, but the range is a bit too short against enemies that move around.

I have not unlocked the Tornado skill yet, but it is high stance only, which is way too slow against enemies that still have lots of Ki.
