Momentum TW4 Buds Not Charging

I've had the TW4 Buds for less than a year and can't for the life of me get them to charge anymore. Every time I plug the box in, it flashes orange for a split second, then changes and flashes red once a second for about 20 seconds, then stops. I initially cleaned them and the box, then updated the firmware, then finally did a factory reset, and still nothing.

At $300 they were no cheap purchase, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
